Don't see your bank? The app includes a generic parser that works with most standard formats, plus a diagnostic tool to help us add support fast.

Built for people who need to be right

Designed for forensic accountants, legal analysts, and anyone who can't afford errors in financial data.

100% Local Processing

Your PDFs are parsed entirely on your machine. Nothing is uploaded, transmitted, or stored anywhere. Attorney-client privilege stays intact.

Forensic-Grade Reconciliation

Every extraction is verified: beginning balance + transactions = ending balance. You'll know immediately if something doesn't tie.

No AI, No Cloud, No Surprises

Purpose-built parsers for each bank format - not a generic AI trying to guess your columns. Deterministic output every time.

Clean Excel Output

Transactions sheet with date, description, type, debit/credit, and running balance. Reconciliation sheet with variance analysis.

Multi-Format Support

Checking, savings, credit cards, business accounts. Handles combined statements, multi-period PDFs, and OCR'd scans.

Free Parser Updates

New bank formats added regularly. The app checks for parser updates on launch - no reinstall needed.

Most tools upload your bank data to the cloud. We don't.

AI-powered extraction tools send your financial data to third-party servers for processing. That's a problem if you handle privileged, confidential, or regulated information.

AI Cloud Extraction

  • Your PDF uploaded to third-party servers
  • Financial data processed by AI models you don't control
  • Results vary - AI can hallucinate amounts
  • Per-page or per-document fees add up fast
  • Attorney-client privilege concerns
  • Requires internet connection

Extract Statements

  • 100% local - nothing leaves your machine
  • Deterministic parsers - same input, same output, every time
  • Reconciles to the penny, catches its own errors
  • $99 one-time - unlimited documents forever
  • Safe for privileged and regulated data
  • Works offline, no internet required

Looking to extract bank statements with AI? You don't need it. Purpose-built parsers are faster, cheaper, and more accurate than general-purpose AI for structured documents like bank statements. And your data stays on your device - not on someone else's GPU.

Who uses this

If you've ever manually typed bank statement data into a spreadsheet, this is for you.

Common questions

Does my data get uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs locally on your computer. The app doesn't even have network code for uploading files - it's architecturally impossible for your data to leave your device.
What formats are supported?
PDF bank statements - both digital (text-based) and OCR'd scans. The app detects the bank automatically and uses a dedicated parser for each format. If your bank isn't specifically supported yet, a generic parser attempts extraction.
What if my bank isn't supported?
The app includes a generic parser that works with most standard statement formats. If it can't parse your statement, a built-in diagnostic tool generates a privacy-safe format fingerprint (no personal data) that you can send us to fast-track support for your bank.
Is there a subscription or per-document fee?
No. $99 one-time purchase. Process as many statements as you want, forever. Parser updates (new bank support) are included free.
What does the Excel output look like?
Two sheets: (1) Transactions - date, description, transaction type, debit/credit, running balance for every transaction. (2) Reconciliation - beginning balance, total credits, total debits, ending balance, computed vs. stated variance.
Can I use this for legal/forensic work?
That's exactly what it's built for. 100% local processing means no data handling concerns for attorney-client privileged material. The reconciliation sheet provides an auditable proof that the extraction ties to the source document.
Mac support?
Windows only right now. macOS is coming soon - the app is built on cross-platform technology (Tauri), so it's a matter of building and testing, not rewriting.
